Use a subject that identifies the relevant tool, guide, or concern. There is no guaranteed response time, and the website does not provide an emergency support channel. A successful local draft check does not mean that an email has been delivered or read.

Choose the right topic

  • Tool feedback: an incorrect result, confusing input, missing boundary case, or proposed improvement to an existing tool.
  • Guide correction: the page and precise claim that may be inaccurate, with a primary source when available.
  • Accessibility or layout: the device, browser, viewport or zoom setting, and the action that could not be completed.
  • Privacy question: the data flow or behavior you want explained. Do not send identity documents to ask an initial question.
  • Content or rights inquiry: the exact page or image, the work concerned, and your relationship to it.
  • Tool idea: the task, sample input and expected output, and why the existing tools do not address it.

Help us reproduce a problem

A useful report contains the page address, browser and version, the steps you followed, and what happened. For a calculation or transformation, include a minimized sample and the result you expected. If the result depends on a clock, unit, delimiter, or selected option, include that setting as well.

Prefer invented records that preserve the relevant structure. Remove access tokens, passwords, private keys, customer records, and internal addresses from both text and screenshots. If the issue disappears after removing data, describe that dependency without sending the sensitive value itself.

For a guide correction, identify the sentence rather than only the article title. Explain whether the concern is a factual error, outdated source, unsupported conclusion, or unclear wording. Suggestions and corrections can be reviewed without promising that every requested change will be adopted.

Prepare a draft locally

The form below checks a draft in this browser. It does not send a message, open your email application, or save a contact record. Name and reply email are optional. If you enter an email, the browser checks its format; that does not verify the address or a mailbox.

After a valid check, you can review and copy the draft, then send it yourself using your chosen email application. The fields remain available so you can edit them. Use Clear draft when you want to remove the current text from this page; your browser's own autofill, clipboard, and history features are controlled separately.

Before sharing sensitive information

Do not send live credentials, private datasets, executable attachments, or financial, medical, or identity records in an initial inquiry. For a suspected security issue, start with a brief description and the affected page. Do not test other people's systems without authorization.

The Privacy Policy explains local drafts, direct email, and browser-managed data. The Terms of Use explains responsible use and content-rights requests. You can also read About Benchlight to understand the scope of the workbench.
